Concept & Background
The Regenerate Leap explores how individuals and organisations can move beyond recovery and use disruption as a catalyst for lasting growth. Grounded in lived experience, it sets out a clear, practical framework for transformation under pressure.
I worked closely with Stuart Green to develop a central metaphor of a pole vaulter clearing fire towards future growth. The cover was hand carved as a minimalist woodcut and printed using traditional block printing, a deliberately human process echoed throughout the book’s interior linocut illustrations.
