Concept & Background
For the 2018 Glyndebourne Festival, I created an illustration for Saul, featuring fiery candles surrounding the opera’s characters. The artwork was crafted by over-painting a collage with oil paint, introducing a new approach to Glyndebourne’s marketing, which had previously relied on untreated stage photography.
